TC gave me an estimate on retaining wall repairs, rear and front patio repairs, cleaning, sanding and sealing. The estimate was provided in a timely manner. Maintenance and Restoration of Brick Pavers and Hardscapes
I really wanted a terrific job, and I got it. The firm was very honest, investigated the solutions, did not push for work that was not needed, and completed the entire job in one day with a very nice cleanup. Excellent work. it held up beautifully in the winter. Re-used the brick I had. It looks like a new house. I imagined at least a week long ordeal, but 1 day to quote and determine the effort, and the next day to do it all, was amazing. Mark- Hinsdale
Out of 3 that came out, TC from Paver Care was the best. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He was always prompt getting back to me when I had questions throughout the entire process. We ended up having to go with permeable pavers because of our new village codes. The codes state that we can't have more than 50% of our lot covered with non-permeable materials. We had existing concrete that was about 11x16 and then a wooden deck on the ground that was about 20x16. The wood was starting to rot and screws were coming out. TC and his crew were great. They were prompt every day, cleaned up after themselves and made a couple of extra trips to make things just right at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them and I actually used them on my next project which was running gutter downspouts away from the house underground to keep water away from my foundation.
